The precise controller CT641 is predestined for the control of rotary cross-cutters as well as rotating pressure, punching or sealing rollers. These are used for cutting or processing endless materials, which can not be stopped during the process. The CT641 controller is particularly impressive because of its extremely short position control, which ensures the highest processing performance and allows highly accurate cuts even during speed changes. Intelligent calculation algorithms, maximum cutting performance as well as highest precision while at the same time protecting the mechanical components are the main advantages of this control system. The device has a 14-bit analogue output (V / mA), 4 programmable limit values ??/ transistor outputs and a serial RS232 interface.
In contrast to the CT340, the CT641 is delivered in a larger standard housing for cutouts with 96 x 96 x 140 mm (3.78 x 1.89 x 5.51″). Thanks to its larger design, this controller also has 4 potential-free change-over contact output relays, as well as a BCD decade, switch on the front for the direct setting of the desired cutting length.
