The FS641 controller is used for control purposes in “flying material processing”, but it is different to the FS340 in its larger design and even more extensive equipment. The cut-length specification can be set via a keyboard, but additionally – quickly and conveniently – via a front-mounted preselection switch. Furthermore, this variant also has a programmable switching function with which, however, not only 4 fast transistor outputs (as with the FS340), but additionally 4 potential-free change-over contact output relays can be controlled.
With its intelligent calculation algorithms, the FS641 controller offers the highest processing performance and precision with a short lag regulation. In contrast to the FS340, it is delivered in a larger installation housing for panel panels with 96 x 96 x 140 millimetres (3.78 x 3.78 x 5.51″).
