In certain applications, the touchMATRIX® devices DX350 or IX350 can be used as a substitute.
The dual frequency meter SD644 is a multifunctional display unit with 2 signal inputs for the simultaneous connection of two rotary encoders or measuring systems with incremental output. Depending on the selected operating mode, input frequencies up to 1 MHz can be processed. Frequency-dependent variables such as speed, processing time, sum, ratio or difference can be visualized. The various programmable modes and additional functions result in a wide range of applications in modern machine and plant engineering. Via a standard RS232 interface, any data and parameters can be read in and read out (in conjunction with the free Motrona operator software). Four limit values can be programmed to control the switching function of 4 fast transistor outputs as well as 4 potential-free change-over contact output relays.
The version SD644 simplifies and accelerates the limit value specification using 4 additional preselect switches on the front side.
